How long will it take City of Toronto plows to clear side streets during winter storm warning?

Myles Currie, Director of Transportation Services for the City of Toronto, tells Global News that it will be some 18 hours before the city’s snowplows expect to be able to get on top of the heavy snowfall expected to impact the city until midnight Tuesday.
