Mon, Feb 11: Nova Scotia is spending another $11.5 million on expansions and renovations at the Dartmouth General Hospital. The money will be used to complete construction on the fifth floor, adding 48 new beds, to upgrade existing technology and expand parking. Whitney Oickle has more.
