Several hundred protesters gathered outside the Presidential Palace in Budapest on Sunday as Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban announced new tax and loan benefits for families during his annual state of the nation speech, including the expansion of a loan program for families with at least two children and women below 40 who marry for the first time.
