Ontario’s tuition cuts means loss in revenues at Queen’s

Students weren’t the only ones affected by last month’s changes to OSAP. The ford government’s plan to cut tuition fees by 10-percent will mean a loss in revenues for Ontario colleges and universities. At Queen’s – it means millions of dollars have disappeared from its budget for 2019. Paul Soucy has more.
