Missouri considering bill that would allow death row inmates to donate their organs

A proposed bill in Missouri would allow death row inmates to give the gift of life. House Bill 630 would let inmates donate his or her organs when they’re executed. The bill would require lethal injections to be administered in a way that would not affect the inmates’ organs. If passed, the bill would go into effect in August.
