Venezuela’s Guaido calls for humanitarian aid to be allowed into country

Venezuelan interim president Juan Guaido called for humanitarian aid to be allowed into the country, as one of his party’s lawmakers called on the UN representative to Venezuela to “stop pretending that there is no crisis.”
