Republican, Democratic senators question Trump possibly declaring national emergency

Republican and Democratic senators questioned whether U.S. President Donald Trump would declare a national emergency to get funding for his border wall during his State of the Union speech on Tuesday, with some saying there’s already troops at the border and such a declaration is unnecessary.
