Camping out in the cold

School registration at the EMSB begins on Monday but parents have been lining up in the cold since last Friday to nail a spot for their children. Although lineups have been a tradition at one institution for decades, as Global’s Phil Carpenter reports, overcrowding is causing people to camp out at other schools this year.
