The new Okanagan Rail Trail currently ends right at the edge of their property, but the owners of the Eldorado Ranch near the Kelowna airport say they’re not to blame for blocking the project. In fact, they say they support the trail. As Kelly Hayes reports, the city of Kelowna still hopes to get approvals to put the trail through.
