Alberta copes with dangerous cold snap

A polar vortex bearing down on tens of millions of Canadians is bringing more heavy snow and extreme cold across the Prairies. In Alberta, temperatures are plummeting to record lows with the wind chill. Fletcher Kent looks at how people are coping.
