There were plenty of magical fairies Friday morning in Lakefield to kick off promotion of the fifth annual Fairy and Dragon Festival this June.
Organizers introduced Tinker Bell who who helped to entertain several dozen little fairies at the party held at the Marshland Centre.
The party included face painting, cooking decorating, balloon making, dances and an assortment of prize giveaways and draws.
Tinker Bell (Alyssa Graham) and organizer Mary McGilils are ready to welcome everyone to the festival June 8 at the Isabel Morris Park in Lakefield.
