Startup grants lead to more than 400 new licensed childcare spaces in B.C.

The province announced it is offering grants to unlicensed day care providers in the hopes they can eventually get licences through their local health authority. Officials say the money has already opened more than 400 new spaces in B.C. Nadia Stewart reports.
