Duke University professor warns master’s students not to speak ‘Chinese’

Megan Neely, an assistant professor at Duke University, has stepped down as the head of a master’s program after she sent an email warning her student not to speak “Chinese” in the building. The Dean of Duke University’s School of Medicine apologized for Neely’s message saying there is no limitation or restriction on the languages students can use.
