Conditions improving for residents of 260 Wellesley

After a burst pipe knocked out power and water for its 1,000 residents, life is slowly returning to normal at 260 Wellesley. But while the power is back, the mayor has renewed calls to investigate why its residents have had to deal with the ordeal in the first place.
