Canada, the U.S., and others now say they recognize Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaido as that country’s interim president. This could spell the end for President Nicolás Maduro, viewed by many Venezuelans and much of the outside world to be an illegitimate dictator. Jackson Proskow reports.
