European Union’s Tusk says former U.K. PM David Cameron thought ‘no risk’ of Brexit vote

European Council President Donald Tusk said Monday in an interview that he was shocked former U.K. Prime Minister David Cameron did not expect the Brexit referendum to go ahead and that he “became the real victim of his own victory” when he won a majority in 2015.
