On Sunday, Sen. Kirsten Gillabrand (D-NY) commented on the U.S. government shutdown and criticisms of her changing policies. When asked if she takes President Trump at his word, that amnesty could be part of a broader immigration deal, Gillabrand said, “No I don’t. I don’t take him on his word on anything.”
