New calls for Toronto to fight homeless crisis

After a second woman died on Toronto streets in a week, homeless advocates are calling on the City of Toronto to increase funding for shelter beds. As Caryn Lieberman reports, a group gathered at the location where a woman died on Tuesday after being hit by a garbage truck.
