City of Kawartha Lakes fire department say no ice is safe ice

Every winter, police and fire departments across the region say the same thing; no ice is safe ice. Unfortunately, it seems not everyone is getting the message. City of Kawartha Lakes chief, David Kish, joined The Morning Show today to explain, once again, the dangers of venturing out onto the ice.
