Traffic and public safety are continue to be the two main ongoing concerns in Kelowna. That’s the gist of the latest citizen survey conducted by the City of Kelowna. Most residents say they feel safe, but a growing number are saying the opposite. The survey also found that a majority would rather pay more taxes than see a cut in services.
