Robert Lloyd Schellenberg, who’s from Abbotsford, B.C., has had his appeal denied in China, and as a result, will now face the death penalty for drug smuggling. He claims he was framed, and now his family fears he’s being used as a pawn in a bigger dispute between Canada and China. Abigail Bimman reports.
