Mon, Jan 14: The Out of the Cold emergency shelter in Fredericton has been at capacity every night for the last six week but the shelter is still slated to close this spring. As Megan Yamoah reports, the organization behind the shelter is challenging the province and the city to come up with a long term solution to homelessness.
