Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said on Thursday during a town hall in Regina, Sk., that Canada needs to respect a contract to supply Saudi Arabia with light-armoured vehicles but is “looking into” export permits and other ways to demonstrate Canada’s disappointment over the killing of Jamal Khashoggi and the ongoing war in Yemen.
