Wed, Jan 9: The family of a 17-year-old murder victim says it will do everything possible to keep her killer behind bars. Brigitte Serre was murdered in January 2006 while working at a St-Leonard gas station. Sébastien Simon was sentenced to life in jail without possibility of parole for 25 years. As Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports, Simon is asking the Parole Board for permission to have supervised visits.
