Harbin ice festival feeds, weds and lets you take a dip in freezing water

The Harbin Ice Festival, in it’s 35th year, is an annual celebration that draws millions of tourists to China’s Heilongjiang province. Other than the coveted ice sculpture competition, with participants from 16 countries, you can also eat hot pot in an ice house and watch enthusiasts go for a swim in the frigid water.
