A city program encouraging residents to get out and enjoy the outdoors began Jan. 6. Snowshoe Sundays run at the Living Prairie Museum on Ness Avenue on the first and last Sunday of each month, January through February. Snowshoe rentals are free and no experience is necessary. Snowshoes are loaned out on a first come, first served basis, and winter footwear is required.
