How the U.S. government shutdown is affecting Americans

President Donald Trump has suggested he’ll push for a steel fence, rather than a concrete wall, along the border of Mexico in order to get the barrier built. But with Republicans and Democrats still at loggerheads over the border issue, the government shutdown continues leaving hundreds of thousands of federal workers in limbo. Jennifer Johnson reports.
