Head of Congo electoral commission says no more delays to presidential election

The head of the electoral commission for the Congo said Friday there would be no further delays in the presidential election and that all would vote, drawing relief from opposition leaders who were concerned the original cancellation of votes in two communities by the ruling president due to an Ebola outbreak was a stalling tactic.
