October 17th, 2018 marked a day many marijuana users across BC were waiting for – Legallization Day. Canadians 18 and older can now possess up to 30 grams of legal cannabis. But as Paul Haysom reports, the roll-out was more of a fizzle than a spark – with only one store open in BC on Weed Wednesday.
