U.S. Customs and Border Protection commissioner Kevin McAleenan said Wednesday in an interview on CBS This Morning that they were investigating the death of an eight-year-old migrant boy who died in custody and said they need Congress’ help to handle large groups of migrants with children and unaccompanied youth.
