Volunteers from around the United States answered phone calls and emails all day Christmas eve, telling children when Santa will stop by their house. In Colorado Springs, one volunteer flew in from New Jersey. NORAD expects to have up to 15-hundred volunteers answering calls until midnight on Monday.
