Rosenstein says attorney general nominee’s opinion won’t influence Mueller investigation

Deputy attorney general Rod Rosenstein said Thursday that the memo by the nominee for attorney general Bill Baer which slammed the obstruction inquiry of the Mueller investigation was just an opinion and would not influence his running of the probe.
