Garneau introduces new air passenger protection bill that will improve compensation for delays, overbooking

Canada’s Transport Minister Marc Garneau outlined a proposed regulatory regime for air passenger protection on Monday, giving five reasons why he thinks Canada has the best passenger rights bill ‘in the world’ that will includes improvements to compensation for delays and airline overbooking issues.​
