Guatemalan girl who died in U.S. custody dreamed of sending money home to poor family

Amid calls for a thorough investigation into her death, family members of Jakelin Caal – the seven-year-old Guatemalan migrant who died after being detained by U.S. border agents – said Caal was looking forward to making it to the U.S. with her father and sending money back home to help their impoverished family.
