Countries ink rules for implementing Paris Agreement

After two weeks of negotiations with nearly 200 nations, a deal has been reached to move forward with the Paris Climate Accord. Critics say the agreement struck in Poland yesterday makes important progress, but lacks a clear promise of enhanced climate action.
