The U.S. federal government may partially shut down this week over border wall funding. President Donald Trump has said he would be “proud” to do that over the $5-billon dollars he wants for the wall. Democrats are refusing, and with that party poised to take over the House in January, Trump has a difficult week ahead. Ines de La Cuetara explains.
