One of Canada’s most prominent buildings is about to close to the public. The Centre Block on Parliament Hill in Ottawa is the symbol of Canada and our democracy. But it’s also very old and desperately needs repairs. Mike Le Couteur looks back at a week that was full of tributes and tears for the century-old building.
