Strasbourg’s world-famous Christmas market reopened on Friday after an attack that left three people dead on Tuesday. Many locals are still stunned by the attack, but on Friday, hundreds visited the market that sits under the Notre-Dame Cathedral, enjoying glasses of mulled wine as Father Christmas gave out gifts to children while the French national anthem played through loud speakers.
