Environmental Lawyer David McRobert was part of creating the office of the Environmental Commissioner of Ontario; the office proposed to be eliminated by current Ontario government. He’ll speak to
the call by the Canadian Environmental Law Association to the Ontario government to withdraw its proposed elimination of the province’s independent environmental watchdog. It is the same office that foreshadowed the Walkerton water crisis .
