Wed, Dec 12: Plans for a new museum along the Saint John waterfront are very much up in the air, following word the New Brunswick government is cancelling $50 million in capital funding the previous government had committed. As Andrew Cromwell reports, that leaves a big funding gap for the $100 million project.
