Trade minister continues to endorse commerce with China in wake of Huawei, diplomat arrest

Minister of trade diversification Jim Carr says the relationship between Canada and China is a “sophisticated and complicated one” which will allow commerce to continue despite the arrests of Huawei’s CFO as well as an ex-Canadian diplomat.
