Court sides with Irving’s over how wood can be sold in New Brunswick

Mon, Dec 10: The New Brunswick Court of Appeals is clarifying how wood can be sold. The court is siding with the region’s largest Forestry products company – J.D. Irving Limited – in its interpretation of how woodlot marketing boards can operate. As Silas Brown reports, the decision could have big implications for the future of the boards.
