Mon, Dec 10: Fredericton’s Out of the Cold shelter got off to a rocky start this season as organizers learned on their opening day that they were violating a number of zoning bylaws. Now operating with temporary permission from city hall, the shelter is asking for a reprieve for the rest of winter. Megan Yamoah has that story.
