According to some pedestrians who regularly cross a busy Kingston road – it was just a matter of time. On Monday, a woman was struck by a vehicle while attempting to walk across sir john a MacDonald boulevard, to reach a nearby bus stop on palace road.
There are no traffic signals there. Today, we decided to visit the intersection ourselves, to see just how dangerous it can be. Paul Soucy has more.
