Is Michael Flynn likely to avoid jail time?

Special counsel Robert Mueller’s office has filed a sentencing memorandum in the case of former national security adviser Michael Flynn. The memo says Flynn, who pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI, has been helpful to the government and recommended that his sentence should not include prison time.
