A report this morning says CBS’s former Chairman and CEO Les Moonves tried to destroy evidence and mislead investigators looking into sexual misconduct allegations against him. The New York Times says it reviewed a draft report prepared by lawyers hired by the network. Those findings could wipe out Moonves’ $120-million in severance pay.
