Peterborough draft budget proposes 2.5% all inclusive tax increase

Monday’s first council meeting ushered in a new era at city hall, as Peterborough’s new mayor Daine Therrien and council got down to business.
There was a lot on the agenda as many big items have carried over from the last term.
But as Jesse Thomas reports, the 2019 budget was the first order of business.
