Quebec drops immigration targets by 20 per cent

Tue, Dec 4: The Quebec government presented its immigration plan in the National Assembly Tuesday afternoon. It will accept nearly 8,000 fewer immigrants and refugees in 2019. But in doing so it faced a barrage of questions from the opposition about how it is going to address the labour shortage. Global’s Raquel Fletcher reports.
