The new Peteterborough city council got down to business on Monday night.
As Jesse Thomas reports, one councillor is voicing his displeasure with one of Diane Therrien’s first moves as mayor.
Council also voted to defer a decision on what to do with the ice pad at the Peterborough Memorial Centre.
