Russia’s President Vladimir Putin arrived in Buenos Aires on Friday just before the start of the G20 Summit. Earlier in the day, Russian news agencies quoted spokeswoman Maria Zakharova that Russia believes U.S. President Donald Trump cancelled his meeting with Vladimir Putin due to domestic issues rather than the Ukraine situation.
